Product Overview
The MDD2301 is a P-channel MOSFET designed for low-voltage power management, high-side load switching, and compact battery-powered applications. It features a 20V drain-source voltage rating, 3A continuous drain current, and low drain-source on-resistance of up to 90mΩ at a -4.5V gate drive. Its low gate charge and support for 2.5V gate drive make it suitable for efficient logic-controlled switching.
